Orders to be delivered to towns outside our service area, generally beyond a 30-minute driving radius, will be "wired out." We can send flowers to anywhere in North America and most of the major cities abroad, by a process called "wire out." We do this by electronically transmitting your order to another reputable florist in the destination city, with whom we are affiliated. We are members of two national wire-services, FTD and Teleflora. Delivery charge: Since each florist's delivery charge is different, we don't know the exact amount of delivery charge when you place your order. Therefore we add a flat charge of $10 to your order. We then transmit the product price plus this $10 to another florist who actually makes and delivers your arrangement. Service fee: We do not charge any fee for this "wire-out" service.
